Commemoration of the third anniversary of the martyrdom of Sardar Shahid General Qassem Suleimani at the Supreme National Defense University

On Wednesday, January 4, 2023, and in the week of commemorating the third anniversary of the martyrdom of General Qassem Suleimani, a ceremony held in the Supreme National Defense University mosque with the presence of professors, researchers and students of this university, during it, Brigadier General of Guards Dr. Ismaeel Ahmadi Moghadam, President of the Supreme National Defense University mentioned the merits and unique characteristics of this martyr and stated: “The right of the honorable martyrs, especially the martyr Hajj Qassem Suleimani, is on our shoulders. Like Shahid Suleimani's School, if we want to put the motto into action, the work of this university should also be to transform tacit knowledge into explicit one, so that this knowledge can become the basis of education and training and transfer to future generations. We must emphasize the personality dimensions of Martyr Suleimani, which was described by the leader of the revolution, of course, his personality is higher than I want to talk about and talk about his scholastic dimensions, but his  individual conduct and personality to carry out great missions , which must have these characteristics and be obedient to leadership or command, and this command is based on regulations that issues a set of orders, she was fully in possession of it.

Dr. Ahmadi Moghadam also referred to the statements of the Supreme Leader, who said that "leadership" is a higher order than the commander who carries out his work by influencing the hearts. It means that the subordinates do not necessarily work, but they work by pointing, understanding, perceiving and inferring, and they move with their hearts, not with their steps.

The President of the Supreme National Defense University further pointed to the role of Sardar Soleimani in internal security and stated: We have seen his strategic dimensions in internal seditions in these years, so that if you look at the headlines of the newspapers today, you will find him as a character who Both fundamentalists and reformists, etc., all agree on him, that is, no one disagrees, and this is a very important point. He continued:” Although the sworn enemies were trying to break this sanctity during the past few months and days, they did not succeed and their insulting behavior comes back to themselves. Because these gatherings and meetings and those who move and come with their own hearts in Kerman, Tehran and other places, are proof of this spiritual attraction of Martyr Qassem Suleimani and his base and place, and that historical funeral in the whole world that has its place. To be recorded as a recession in Guinness is an indication of these facts and the extent of penetration in hearts and minds.”

Dr. Ahmadi Moghadam stated that Sardar Soleimani was not a media personality and he had never appeared on television and had not given a speech on television, adding: the speeches left by him were only in private gatherings and at martyrs' memorials and at his work events. and have never spoken professionally to any media, but reached a high degree of popularity.

In terms of management, his learnings were really beyond university studies. They used to say that we follow the teachings of our own university, which meant the Holy defense. In addition to this, Martyr Soleimani also had features such as foresight, tact, and good recognition of the field, so I rarely know that he was assigned a field or a mission and he failed in that mission. While in the same square, most friends said that this is not possible; But all the people who believed in his Charisma knew that he would do it; And if the subordinates know that a mistake was made during the mission, they believed that this mistake was due to their performance, not the performance of the commander, and they believed that he does not make mistakes; Because he moves with faith, therefore that matter will be fulfilled.

Dr. Ahmadi Moghadam continued his speech by referring to the Supreme Leader's statement about Martyr Soleimani, who said, "Don't exaggerate about Qassem Suleimani." He added: Sardar Soleimani was a soldier of  the commander-in-chief, and He was the executor and enforcer of the measures of the Supreme Leader, in fact He was the  same as Malik al-Ashtar[1], one of the loyal companion of  Ali ibn Abi Talib.
