According to the International Relations and Communication Center of the Supreme National Defense University (SNDU), Ali Shamkhani, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of our country on Thursday evening May 11, 2023 on the second day of the international conference on the new world order geometry that was held at SNDU said that we are in the conditions of the turning of history, so the change in the world order is very important. We should not be satisfied with the conference; we should not consider this issue in a cursory and slogan way. The turning of history is a huge event and a great transformation. The transformation is also mentioned in the Holy Qur’an; The day when another event is going to happen and the new generation is going to rule the world and society, like what is mentioned in Surah Al-Waqiah , therefore, we must be careful not to turn this huge issue into a trivial and insignificant issue. If practical work is to be done on this subject, it must be accompanied by thoughtfulness, research and deep thinking and work.

By asking the question of ‘What is the purpose of the new world order issue?’, Rear admiral Shamkhani stated that the new world order and dealing with it will put new issues on our way and familiarize us to the different dimensions of the movement of nations in the new era, and awareness of this issue will make us reconsider macro policies. The new world order can be a great and brilliant opportunity for us, and it can even be a threat and cause the downfall of any country. Whether the new world order is an opportunity or a threat depends on our behavior and preparation for these changes. We must prepare ourselves and increase our resilience for global changes. When we talk about global developments and the new world order, that some talk about them as destructive developments, have we seen our region and country affected by these developments? To consider ourselves an exception is an unscientific and unprofessional idea.

If we prepare ourselves according to the existing conditions and considering the dimensions of changes in the world order, we can prepare for these developments and take advantage of this new world order. First, the new world order means the disruption of the existing order and the changes and transformations in the ruling order which is disorder. The change of the world order is not positive, but it is our preparation and our role in the new world order that can make the new world order positive for us.

In the end, he pointed out that any new world order that is out of the just and divine order is considered an order for global domineering systems to come to power. The existing conditions can benefit the axis of resistance, but we should not turn the doctrine of resistance into the doctrine of domination. Any change in the doctrine of resistance can lead to harm. Today, we are facing the decline and increasing weakness of the domination system, which is considered an opportunity for the Resistance Front. In this situation, the resistance doctrine is not participation in establishing order, but the exploitation of this disorder.
