Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces addresses the audience at the New World Order Geometry International Conference

According to the International Relations and Communication Center of Supreme National Defense University (SNDU), Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, addressed the audience on Wednesday morning, May 10^th, 2023 at the new world order geometry international conference that was held at SNDU. He stated that when the supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, raised the necessity of studying the change in the world order last year, Supreme National Defense University made the arrangements for holding this international conference. We hope that the studies conducted during the conference will clarify this important issue and propose appropriate solutions for the future.

The governing rules and world systems and history are indicative of the change in the world order, and it is impossible to expect a long-term stability of an order. In the new centuries, the two blocs of the West and the East sought to gain more interests through the two world wars, and after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the unipolar world disappeared, and since then the world system has been changing and a stable world order has not been established.

 The victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran was a great exception and one of the most important factors in the non-establishment of absolute American sovereignty over the world, and this process will continue.

God's promise for the righteous to rule the world is repeated in many verses in the Holy Qur’an , which shows that God's will on overthrowing the world dominating systems will be fulfilled by the righteous, and the declaration of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution shows the same direction in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The attempt for absolute leadership in the world has failed. We have seen its signs in America's escape-like withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan, the significant reduction of American military forces in West Asia, and America's confusion in deployment of its forces in West Asia, South China, and Western Europe. America today is dramatically weaker and more isolated than before.

The usurper Israel is on the slope of fall and after its defeat in the 33-day war, it is facing major problems in various fields. But the oppressed Palestinian nation and the Axis of Resistance are at the peak of strength, coordination and growing movement in the course of the freedom of Palestine. The economic empowerment of China and its grabbing the leading economic power in the world from America and investing throughout Asia and part of Africa and Europe and its increasing military power are other important signs of the change in the world order and power.

Considering Russia's losing trust in the West and standing against the expansion of NATO to the East even at the cost of getting involved in a war as well as America's insistence on continuing the war even at the cost of destroying Ukraine's infrastructure and Russia's insistence on creating a buffer zone, It seems that this war will not end easily and by blocking the routes of goods and energy transfer to Europe, it will lead to looking to the East inside Russia. The progress of new sciences is another feature of the new world, and America is no longer the world leader in this field either. America is on the slope of fall and if Europe and other allies of America do not free themselves from the chains of blind support of America, they will regress. Asia and the East have the same opinion against American aggression, and Iran, with its privileged position and resources, has a history full of pride, and has a unique potential capacity for leaping growth in the global power hierarchy.

Our military deterrence power in line with friendship and fraternity with our neighboring countries as well as standing against American bullying has provided us with a good security shield, and the decisive policy of our country for the development of peace and friendship with our neighbors and not to be greedy for  the land and interests of others has provided the necessary platform for friendly countries to benefit from Iran's capacities.

Iranian armed forces welcome the synergy of the major armies of Asian countries in the form of the Shanghai Pact to form a superior global peace-seeking power, and the joint production of required military products, and are responsive to their role-playing in the security of the region.

In the end, Maj. Gen. Bagheri emphasized that We consider the military presence of America and its European partners to be detrimental to the region, and we recognize the Palestinian’s right of sovereignty and help it with all our power.
