The secretary of the expediency council delivered a speech in the meeting of Jihad of explanation at the Supreme National Defense University

According to the International Relations and Communication Center of the Supreme National Defense University (SNDU), Brigadier general Dr. Mohammad Baqir Zulqadr, the Secretary of the Expediency Council, delivered a speech on the Islamic governance and national policy-making at the macro level in the Jihad of Explanation meeting held at the Martyr Abshenasan Hall in the SNDU. He stated that this title is based on one presupposition, and the general policy of the Islamic system is one of the important special tasks of the Expediency Council. Then, he pointed to the good governance set by the World Bank, but he did not consider the outcome designed for developing and poor countries to be good, but they are becoming more indebted day by day. The Secretary of the Expediency Council continued that the relationship between development and justice in the government and governance is based on the following three principles: authenticating the government or focusing on the state economy, minimal state or state governance that interferes less in the market, and the market plays its decisive role, while the government also has a hand in guiding the market and is the leader in the economy and the market. Brigadier general Dr. Muhammad Baqir Zulqadr considered governance in the Islamic Republic to be based on the constitution, which is characterized by the administration of the country in accordance with religious and Islamic values and based on the needs of the society as well.

At the end of this meeting, Brigadier general Dr. Ismail Ahmadi Moghadam, the President of the SNDU, and Dr. Mohammad Reza Majidi, the head of the Institute of Strategic Research of the Expediency Council, signed a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation.
