Statement of the Supreme National Defense University on the occasion of Research Day (December 16, 2023, Saturday - 25 Azar)

According to the International Communication and Relations Center, the Supreme National Defense University has issued the following statement on the occasion of Research Day.

Research plays a vital role in the pursuit of excellence and continuous advancement towards the noble goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Its impact is clearly evident in the remarkable achievements of the Islamic Republic of Iran across various scientific fields. This significance has led to the designation of 25 Azar as Research Day in Iran's Islamic calendar, acknowledging the importance and insight that research embodies.

Research forms the foundation of authority and scientific diplomacy, and the designation of Research Day underscores its integral role in the overall development of our nation. In the second phase of the revolution, particular attention has been devoted to the field of science and research as one of the crucial pillars. Therefore, the Supreme National Defense University, leveraging its capabilities and relying on its knowledge and scientific expertise, in alignment with the intentions of the Supreme Leader (May His shadow always be upon us), hereby presents this document, involving its faculty staff, researchers, and students, to progress towards the established objectives.
