The encounter between the President of the Supreme National Defense University and the Chief of Staff of the Border Guard Command of Iraq

Brigadier General Ismail Ahmadi Moghadam, the esteemed President of the Supreme National Defense University, as part of his ongoing visit to Iraq, paid a visit to the headquarters of the Iraqi border guard on Wednesday morning. During this joint meeting, Lt. Gen. Mohammad Abdul Wahab, the distinguished head of Iraq's border guard command, provided detailed explanations regarding the shared water and land borders between Iran and Iraq, as well as the customs procedures pertaining to both nations. Discussions were also held on matters related to military training and the continued coordination for the training of border guard forces in collaboration with the police forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which have been maintained at a high level. Subsequently, Brigadier General Ismail Ahmadi Moghadam visited the Border Information and Control Center, where he expressed his heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the Iraqi border guards for their warm hospitality and dedicated services rendered to Iranian pilgrims.
