According to the Center for Communications and International Relations of the SNDU, In commemoration of Teacher's Day, the Supreme National Defense University extends its heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all teachers and educators who play a vital role in shaping the future of our nation. On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of the esteemed scholar and distinguished teacher, Martyr Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari (May his soul rest in peace), who was designated as the "Teacher's Day" by the great founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Ayatollah Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace), we pay tribute to the noble teachers and university professors who, like Professor Motahhari, hold a special position in safeguarding the Islamic Revolution and the values of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The golden pages of the history of education in Iran have forever engraved the illustrious image of distinguished teachers and prominent educators. Through their sacred endeavors, they have created magnificent and everlasting epics in the formation of committed human beings. Through their teachings and guidance, they have laid the foundations of the lofty palaces of knowledge and virtue. Education, research, and technology are the lifeblood of progress in any country. The independence, prosperity, knowledge-based empowerment, growth in production, and the pride and excellence of the great Iranian nation are indebted to the belief-driven, enlightened teachers who have recognized and embraced their unparalleled position and role. They are tirelessly working and striving on this sacred path to compensate for any backwardness.

The growth and advancement of culture, the acceleration of sustainable and compassionate human development, and the strengthening of the scientific infrastructure of the country are indebted to the diligent and sincere efforts of the esteemed and invaluable teachers and scholars. They wholeheartedly engage in teaching beneficial knowledge and promoting the principles of a virtuous life in all aspects of society within the scientific and educational institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Their dedication and seriousness in cultivating knowledge that is beneficial to humanity and in strengthening the noble components of society are commendable.

On the occasion of the twelfth of Ordibehesht, which marks the martyrdom anniversary of Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari (may his soul rest in peace), a day rightfully dedicated as Teacher's Day, the SNDU extends its heartfelt congratulations. With utmost respect for the esteemed position of Ayatollah Motahhari, we commemorate this day and express our appreciation to all the honorable members of the academic faculty of the National Defense University and our colleagues.

Once again, we extend our warm congratulations on this auspicious day and express our gratitude to the teachers and scholars who play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of the future generation. May their efforts continue to guide us towards a prosperous and enlightened future for Iran.
