According to the report from the Center for International Relations and Communications of the Supreme National Defense University, the eleventh session of the Jihad of Explanation with the theme of Strategic Environment Analysis was held on Wednesday, June 9, 2024, with a speech by Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Haj Sadeqi, the representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, at the National Defense University.

Dr. Haj Sadeghi stated in this session: We must hold a meeting to answer questions and receive the answers from God. Questions such as: What should we do to not be losers in this world, and to not feel regret on the Day of Reckoning? He stated that the majority of people are in a state of loss and defeat. He added: We swim and fish in the ocean of this world, but we must be vigilant not to drown. The representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps further stated: If you do not wish to incur loss in this world, do not make deals with anyone other than God, for you have a buyer like God. Therefore, orient your life in a way that you sell your life to Him.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Haj Sadeghi, in reference to the characteristics of the late President, Martyr Ayatollah Dr. Raisi, spoke of him as an exemplar and model who possessed an educational and constructive dimension, and was a soldier of the guardianship (wilayah) of the Supreme Leader. He added that he sees the root of all of his successes in two things: First, that in the beginning of every action and assumption of every responsibility, it was solely for God, for the sake of God, and he had sincerity for God. And the second, that his school of thought and lifestyle was God-centric and jihadi, and that all of his successes in all matters were the result of being guided by the guardianship (wilayah) of the Supreme Leader, and being centered on God.

The representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, in referring to the fact that guardianship (wilayah) is the manifestation and basis of divine unification (tawhid), and that one cannot reach God except through earthly guardianship, added: Ayatollah Raisi was a populist President, and his government was also a populist government. He continued by stating that it is not possible for someone to be divine-centric and not be people-centric. He expressed that God-centricity made Mr. Raisi people-centric, and his jihadi-centricity made him tireless.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Haj Sadeghi cited the jihadi-centricity as the factor behind the vitality of Mr. Raisi's government, and added: These characteristics of governance that have remained from the school of thought of Raisi must not be discontinued, and in order to continue this, everyone must participate in the elections and continue this school of thought of Ayatollah Raisi.

The representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps then referred to the previous election period and stated: The only person who had a unanimous consensus on him during the previous period was Mr. Raisi, and he also entered the presidential election arena out of a sense of religious obligation and for God, and the divine promise regarding him was also fulfilled, and he acted diligently and in all spheres, honored the people and respected them.

Dr. Haj Sadeqi, referring to the successes of the Islamic Revolution and the growing problems of the enemies, stated: America has lost the indicators of superpower status and its power has been broken, and in the Operation Fulfilled Promise, it was shown that the Islamic Republic of Iran, in addition to power, must also have the will to use power, and this will was well utilized and the necessary decision was made to carry it out. The representative of the Supreme Leader in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps cited servitude as the highest degree of humanity and added: Servitude elevates man to divinity, and that a soldier is higher than a commander and a ruler, and therefore, Raisi was a servant, a soldier, and a follower of the Supreme Leader, who served both in his life and in his death.

In the final part of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam Dr. Haj Sadeqi stated: The capacity for political stability and military-velayat (guardianship) power has made this system so stable and solid that even the most severe events cannot shake it. He further added: The revolution has its ups and downs, it has its difficulties, but it does not stop, and we must not fall behind the revolution.
