The Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Joint Initiatives Between the Academic and Educational Institutions of the Two Countries

According to the report from the Center for Communications and International Relations, during the visit of Major General Dr. Esmaeil Ahmadi Moghaddam, the President of the Supreme National Defense University, to Iraq, the necessary coordination was made for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on joint initiatives between the academic and educational institutions of the two brotherly and friendly countries of Iran and Iraq. This MoU was concluded between the National Defense University and the Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies.

According to the report, in a meeting convened for this purpose, Brigadier General Mostafa Moradyan, the Dean of the International School at the Supreme National Defense University, met with Ali Nasser Binyaan, the Director of the Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, on Sunday afternoon, August 5, 2024. In this meeting, they signed the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation.
