The Commemoration of the Holy Defense Week at the Supreme National Defense University

A ceremony for the commemoration of the Holy Defense Week took place this morning at the Supreme National Defense University.

As reported by the Center for Communications and International Relations, the ceremony for the commemoration of the Holy Defense Week took place this morning (Monday) at the Supreme National Defense University.

The ceremony featured several prominent figures, including Brigadier General Ismail Ahmadi-Moghaddam, the President of the Supreme National Defense University, and Brigadier General Seyyed Hessam Hashemi, the deputy chairman of the Martyr Seyyed Shirazi Board of War Teachings. Also in attendance were Mohammad Ismail Kowsari, a representative of Tehran in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, former Air Force Commander Brigadier General Ansari, and Second Brigadier General Davarzani, a distinguished commander and veteran from the Holy Defense period.

At the ceremony, Brigadier General Ahmadi-Moghaddam conveyed his congratulations for the Holy Defense Week, asserting that “If we are successful in defending the country and confronting superpowers, it is thanks to the Holy Defense and the blessed presence of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.”Bottom of Form

Continuing the program, General Kowsari expressed his congratulations on the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS), as well as the onset of the Holy Defense Week. He highlighted that, “In the doctrine of the Holy Islamic Republic, we are by no means the initiators of war, but defense is obligatory for everyone”.
