The Zionist regime has violated all international laws with the support of the United States.
According to the Center for Communications and International Relations of the National Defense University, Major General Dr. Aziz Nasirzadeh, Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support of the Islamic Republic of Iran, attended the inauguration ceremony of the new academic year for foreign students at the National Defense University on Monday, October 28. Speaking to the foreign students and several military attachés residing in Tehran, he referred to the verse "And prepare for them whatever you are able of power" and stated that the Quran advises us to prepare and become powerful by any means, one of which is scientific power. He emphasized that any country with scientific power will surpass others.
He continued by stating that sometimes this scientific power is used for evil by global imperialism. However, if this scientific power is in the hands of faithful and justice-seeking individuals, it will be utilized for the triumph of good and the fight against oppression.
The Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support highlighted the presence of the United States in various parts of the world, including the South China Sea and its provocations in Taiwan, as well as its involvement in international straits and waterways such as the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait and the Russia-Ukraine war. He stated that these presences and interventions serve the purpose of U.S. unilateralism in the world. Therefore, justice-seeking countries, both Muslim and non-Muslim, should focus on their commonalities and strengthen them by utilizing scientific power. He urged students to study, research, and collaborate on these common factors and points of convergence in their classes, as they are numerous.
In another part of his speech, General Nasirzadeh stated that the Zionist regime has trampled on all international laws that are ostensibly established for human rights and justice. He noted that during the recent aggression of the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, we sustained only minor damage, which we promptly repaired and replaced by utilizing our own knowledge and scientific power. He emphasized that if this capability derived from science had been in the hands of others, they would never have allowed us to do so.
Before the remarks of the Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support, Major General Ismail Ahmadi Moqaddam, Head of the National Defense University, welcomed the Minister of Defense, several assistants from the Armed Forces General Staff, foreign military attachés present at the meeting, and foreign students of the National Defense University. In part of his speech, he referred to the decline of the United States, which began some time ago and has now accelerated. He attributed U.S. intervention in the Russia-Ukraine war, as well as its unconditional support for the Zionist regime in its genocide and attacks on other countries, including Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Iran, to the U.S. recognition of this decline. He noted that they are attempting to slow down the global changes that accompany the end of U.S. unilateralism.
General Ahmadi Moqaddam also emphasized that at the National Defense University, strengthening the strategic perspective of students is more important than theoretical teachings. He stated that in this university, in addition to utilizing academic and research professors, experts and officials from both civil and military sectors are also employed to educate students.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Brigadier General Mustafa Moradian, Head of the International Faculty of the National Defense University, presented a report on the admission process and the educational and welfare facilities for students. He announced that the facilities of the International Faculty of the National Defense University meet global standards for foreign students, and this faculty will host approximately 300 foreign students at the doctoral level and in the National Defense Course from 12 friendly, neighboring, and Muslim countries in the new academic year.
