Establishment of a Task Force for Countering, Containing, and Reducing Incidents in Strategic Crisis Management at the Supreme National Defense University

According to the Center for Communications and International Relations, on Tuesday, December 30, 2024, a meeting of the Strategic Crisis Management Group was held at the Supreme National Defense University , attended by Dr. Hashemi, the head of the group, along with various managers and experts related to the field of crisis management.

In this meeting, which was held with the aim of establishing a task force for preparedness and response and introducing the head of this task force, Dr. Hashemi presented insights regarding the role of the university in governance, including the training of senior managers in crisis management, as well as the production of knowledge and monitoring of major national issues to provide necessary solutions to managers. Additionally, Mr. Rahmatullah Shishegar, the secretary of the group, welcomed the members of the task force and expressed gratitude for their presence, while also presenting some of the group's activities for the current year. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Dr. Nasiri, the head of the Tehran Disaster Management Organization and the head of the preparedness and response task force, considered the collaboration and utilization of the university's capacities as an honor and expressed hope that the task force would effectively leverage the expertise and talents of specialists in its assigned duties.

Finally, the responsibilities of Mr. Dr. Nasiri and Engineer Sharifi as the head and secretary of the task force were officially conferred by Dr. Hashemi.
