Emphasis on the Development of Scientific, Research, and Educational Relations Among Neighboring Countries

According to the Center for Communications and International Relations, Major General Dr. Khosrow Boualhosseni, Deputy of the Supreme National Defense University, emphasized the importance of bilateral meetings during a visit with professors from the National Defense University of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who are in Iran for a three-day visit to the SNDU of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

While discussing the university's capacity to accept international students at the doctoral level and in the National Defense course, he expressed hope that these bilateral meetings would pave the way for further development of scientific, research, and educational relations between the two countries.

In response to the visit by professors from the National Defense University of Azerbaijan two weeks ago, three distinguished professors arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran on October 27th. During their visit, they explored the scientific and educational capacities of the faculties of Defense, Security, Management, and International Relations, as well as the Shahid Beheshti School of Governance. They also held joint academic sessions with their counterparts at the SNDU of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

As part of their ongoing visit to Iran, the delegation toured the SNDU and also visited the National Museum of the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense, where they paid their respects at the graves of the unknown soldiers.
