3) Commander of the Supreme National Defense University Congratulates the Birth Anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUH) and Honors Father’s Day

Dear colleagues and dedicated staff of the Supreme National Defense University, we sincerely congratulate you and your esteemed families on the blessed birth Anniversary of Imam Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (peace be upon him) and on Father’s Day. We praise and thank God, who has honored the Islamic Ummah with the blessing of Wilayah, and we send endless salutations to the pious leader, Imam Ali (peace be upon him), a boundless sea of knowledge and justice, and a perfect example of leadership and governance.

Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the unique figure in history whose name is inseparably linked with knowledge, justice, wisdom, and courage, is not only a model of religious and political leadership but also a manifestation of responsibility, prudence, and selflessness within both family and society. Through his justice-oriented behavior and wise governance, he demonstrated how one can remain humble, compassionate, and committed to service while holding power and authority. These qualities offer invaluable lessons for us at the Supreme National Defense University—an educational and administrative institution entrusted with the critical mission of training and educating the future leaders and commanders of the nation to ensure sustainable security alongside comprehensive development across various fields.

The coincidence of this blessed birth anniversary with Father’s Day also provides an opportunity to honor all devoted, hardworking, and responsible fathers among the staff of our university—fathers who, through selflessness and wise management within the family, play an unparalleled role in nurturing the future generations of our nation. We especially commemorate the memory of those fathers who gave their lives in defense of Islamic values and our beloved homeland, and we deeply appreciate their sacrifices and dedication. We hope that, by following the exemplary life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and drawing upon his noble teachings, we will be increasingly successful and effective in fulfilling the missions entrusted to this university. With God’s grace, may we take steadfast steps toward the advancement and prosperity of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (may his authority be eternal).
