Brigadier General Moradian: Martyr Soleimani was the Reviver of the Resistance Front / Haj Qasem Led to the Defeat of American Schemes

According to the Communications and International Relations Center of the Supreme National Defense University, General Mostafa Moradian, Head of the International Faculty of the Supreme National Defense University, honoring the character of Lieutenant General Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani, said: This esteemed martyr was the complete embodiment of the noble verse, harsh against the unbelievers but merciful to one another. Haj Qasem confronted enemies, especially global arrogance led by America and the Zionist regime, with courage and decisiveness; yet he was kind and compassionate towards the people, friends, and the families of martyrs.

General Moradian described Martyr Soleimani as a symbol of sincerity in action and reliance on God, adding: Haj Qasem, by relying on God, turned threats into opportunities and was certain of God's inevitable victory. He can be considered the reviver of resistance in the region and the model of saying 'no' to the demands of the hegemonic system.

He described Martyr Soleimani as the standard-bearer of resistance and noted: The establishment and institutionalization of Islamic armies from the Levant to Yemen were among Haj Qasem's initiatives, carried out to counter global arrogance, which led to the defeat of American schemes and its followers over the past two decades.

A faculty member of the National Defense University said: The architecture of resistance led by Haj Qasem challenged the aura of America's superpower status and weakened its four components of power: military-coercive power, consensus-building, persuasion, and containment. This provoked the rancor of arrogance and the Zionist regime.

General Moradian, referring to American officials' admission of the importance of Martyr Soleimani's strategic actions, emphasized: From the enemy's perspective, the assassination of this figure meant striking a blow against the strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

He also pointed to Martyr Soleimani's pivotal role in the fight against ISIS, stating: Haj Qasem, with a correct understanding of the danger and threat of this terrorist group to the region and especially to Iran, entered the arena, took the initiative, and within about three years, ended the grandeur of this sinister caliphate. This American conspiracy to create insecurity in Islamic countries, aiming for chaos and insecurity in Muslim lands and ensuring security for the Zionist regime, was neutralized by the Resistance, and this significant and complex threat also ended in failure.

The Head of the International Faculty cited Martyr Soleimani's adherence to guardianship (Velayat) and his absolute obedience to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (may his reign endure) as a model for youth, adding: Today we witness the continuation of this path in the Resistance, especially after Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, which has led to the Zionist regime becoming more detested in the world and the decline of America's standing.

General Moradian said: The school of thought of Martyr Soleimani, with its anti-arrogance, anti-oppression, pursuit of justice, defense of the oppressed, and quest for martyrdom, is intertwined with the conduct of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him). Therefore, we honor such a great model and pledge to the martyrs to continue this path until handing over the banner to its rightful owner, the Imam of the Age, the Awaited Savior (may God hasten his reappearance).
