THE FOURTH GATHERING OF DOCTORAL ALUMNI OF THE SUPREME NATIONAL DEFENSE UNIVERSITY WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE FAMILIES OF THE UNIVERSITY’S MARTYRED STUDENTS, SENIOR VETERANS, FACULTY MEMBERS, AND UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS

According to the Center for Communications and International Relations, the fourth gathering of doctoral alumni at the Supreme National Defense University began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Following this, Dr. Salmani, the Deputy of Training and Education, presented to the attendees a report on the university’s performance, the various academic disciplines and majors, and the number of students and faculty members.

In another part of the program, Brigadier General Ahmadi-Moghaddam, the university president, stated that the unprecedented and enthusiastic participation of the people in the February 11th (22 Bahman) march, following the invitation of the Supreme Leader, was a source of hope for the nation and a disappointment for the enemies, and that this was a divine blessing.

He continued by stating that the university’s scientific and research development had begun many years ago and, over the past several years, has continued through the dedicated efforts of its staff. The presence of international students in the International Faculty, students at the Higher School of Governance, and students from other faculties has grown both quantitatively and qualitatively, with a focus on problem-solving, and evaluations have shown that this effort has been successful. University research remains robust, and even during the 12-day Imposed War, the university submitted numerous strategic plans and reports to national and military authorities across various fields. Today, the university holds a position of authority in addressing strategic, security, and defense-related issues.

Brigadier General Ahmadi-Moghaddam provided the attendees with an analysis of the current situation in the country, the region, and the world.

Additionally, at the ceremony, Brigadier General Hossein Nowadeh Toopchi, former commander of the Defense Faculty, spoke as a representative of the alumni. At the conclusion of the event, the families of the nation’s martyrs and outstanding graduates were honored with the presentation of certificates of appreciation.
