During his speech Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces; Maj. Gen. Seyed Abdul Rahim Mousavi, Commander-in-Chief of the Army; Maj. Gen. Seyyed Yahya Safavi, Assistant and Senior Adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Rear admiral Ali Fadavi, the vice commander of IRIGC; Flotilla admiral Shahram Irani, commander of the Navy, and Brigadier general Ahmadi Moghaddam, the President of SNDU were present.
